Trust Objectives

• To provide accommodation, including the purchase of property where necessary, to provide for the comfort and convenience of patients required to attend Christchurch Hospitals for treatment as well as their families and other support people or such other persons as the Board acting through its Chief Executive Officer shall decide.
• To support the South Island Bone Marrow Transplant Unit in its provision of all aspects of clinical care particularly those relating to the comfort and convenience of patients as well as their families and other support people.
• To do all such other acts and things that are incidental to and will further promote the attainment of the objectives of the Trust provided that nothing in this deed will authorize any activity that is not charitable at law in New Zealand.
