The New Building Project

The new $7 million accommodation facility adjacent to Ranui has provided an additional 18 family apartments and studio units on the adjoining land. This has fully realised the potential of the site and the existing infrastructure.

Trengrove & Blunt have done an excellent job incorporating our needs with a modern design. The building contract was awarded to Armitage Williams Construction Co. and construction on the new facility commenced on the 16th of October 2006 and was completed early March, 2008.
