Design & Layout of New Accommodation Building

The new facility consists of a large underground car park, ground floor, with five floors above the ground floor.  The underground car park has a large storage area and drying room.  The ground floor consists of a large kitchen, dining room and living area opening out onto a barbecue area and garden.  It also has a library and large activities room. This has enabled us to have a games room for families, which is great.  It too, opens out onto the secure garden area. This means that parents will be able to sit in any area of the ground floor and watch their children play.

The five floors above the ground floor have provided an additional 18 units.  These vary from studio, to 1, 2 & 3 bedroom family units.  All units, including the studios, have separate bedrooms, laundries, bathrooms and lounges and of course million dollar views of the surrounding area of the City, Avon River or Hagley Park.  

There is a large TV in the family room and a home threatre system in the activiites room. The  huge screen for the TV will be great for watching key sporting and social events.
